Put runners in fancy dress and suddenly a run around the park becomes 10 times more fun!
This is definitely the case with the London Santa Run! Join 2,000 others Santa's in our annual 'Red & White' bearded charge around Battersea Park in this 6k festive charity fun run.
The Santa Run is organised to raise funds for Disability Snowsport UK, a national charity helping people with disabilities to access the thrill of snowsports.
Children and adults with a range of disabilities including cerebral palsy, Down's syndrome, visual impairment and autism can access programmes across the UK to enable them to make friends, improve their confidence and have fun through a sport which they would otherwise be excluded from.
If every person who runs the Santa Run raised £25, the charity will receive over £50,000 in funding, allowing them to make a significant difference in the lives of people with disabilities. This year we are offering a prize to the highest fundraiser and goody bags for those who raise over £250 each. The run entry fee includes your santa suit which you will collect on the day. Race packs will be posted out two weeks prior to the event.
Entry Fee including Santa Suit:
Early Bird entry fee £20 until 1 Nov 2013
Normal entry fee £22 1 Nov to 5 Dec 2013
On the Day Entry Fee £30
There is a £2 administration fee for online entry. Postal entries are accepted using the Universal entry form below or call 01252 373797. Group entries can be submitted by spreadsheet to info@209events.com. Group entries qualify for 1 free place in 10 entries.
Terms & Conditions
Once your race entry is accepted either online, by post or over the telephone we are unable to make refunds.
Please note that this is a charity event and your £20 entry fee is not refundable under any circumstances whether due to being unable or not wanting to participate, the cancellation or postponement of the event, or otherwise.
Refunds will not be payable if we are forced to cancel, or in any way change the event due to war, threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire or adverse weather conditions or other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
In the unlikely event of the cancellation/postponement of sporting events for whatever reason, 2:09 Events Ltd cannot be held responsible in any way for any monetary loss, inconvenience or any other circumstances outside of our control, including non-refundable events fees.
