4 MAY 2014: LEATHERHEAD ROTARY BLUEBELL 10KM
This is the sixth running of the Leatherhead Rotary Trail 10km run for the second time in early May to capture the delights of the Bluebell carpeted woodland on Headley Heath near Leatherhead, Surrey, an area of ourstanding beauty managed by the National Trust (we can't gaurantee the bluebells though, as the late spring in 2013 showed).
It is effectively an out and back lap course passing the start area several times, which will make it very accessible for spectators.
The course is undualating (with one hill on each lap) featuring pleasant open and woodland paths and spectacular views, and, of course, at this time of year the carpet of bluebells.
As in previous year's all profits made by Leatherhead Rotary will be donated to their designated charity and for 2013 it is the Surrey Air Ambulance.
2:09 events are the race organisers on behalf of Rotary Club of Leatherhead.
ENTRY FEE £15
There is a £2 admin fee for online registration.
Venue: Headley Heath, Leatherhead
Start time: 10am
Parking: at National Trust Car Park, Headley Heath. (National Trust have donated the use of the land free of charge however runners however the event has to pay for use of the car park and there may be a £2 charge for parking for non-National Trust members).

Once your race entry is accepted either online, by post or over the telephone we are unable to make refunds. You may roll your entry over to another 2:09 Events race subject to space availability and paying any difference in entry fee. Roll over places must be requested in writing or by email at least 72hrs before the event - changes after this will count as no-show and we will be unable to change your entry.
Refunds will not be payable if we are forced to cancel, or in any way change the event due to war, threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire or adverse weather conditions or other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
In the unlikely event of the cancellation/postponement of sporting events for whatever reason, 2:09 Events Ltd cannot be held responsible in any way for any monetary loss, inconvenience or any other circumstances outside of our control, including non-refundable events fees.
