The traditional Sunday night celebration dinner and prize giving has been replaced with a cocktail and awards evening, which is available at a separate fee of £38.
Note: Our packages include all airport and race day transportation for runners and supporters - these are extras that you have to pay for individually if are entering directly.
Coral Beach really is an excellent hotel and the perfect base for our trip. It is a large, luxury hotel with a very relaxed atmosphere where you will feel as comfortable walking around in your running kit as you would sipping cocktails looking out over the beach that stretches out behind the hotel from the little private Marina at Coral Bay. The restaurant and entertainment facilities are everything you would expect from a first class hotel, and as the British Olympic Association used the hotel as a training base for several years, the meals and general needs of sportspeople are well catered for.
Our packages are based on land arrangements for the full 4-Day Challenge, starting from arrival at Paphos Airport and returning to Paphos Airport for a minimum of 3-nights. Paphos airport transfers are only available for arrivals between Monday 23 November and Wednesday 25th November, and departures on Monday November 30. If you are travelling outside those times you are responsible for your own airport transfers.
The transfer time is approx. 45mins to the Coral Beach Hotel. If you book flights to Larnaca Airport the transfer is NOT included and you are responsible for your own transfer. The transfer time is approx 1hr 40mins each way and we suggest that you hire a car as taxi costs are likely to be much higher than hire car costs if you are coming into and out of Larnaca. We can provide a transfer quote from Larnaca on request but it is not included in the package cost. Likewise, for transfers to Pathos outside the above dates, we can provide a quote, but the cost is not included in the package price.
Flights should be into Paphos and are available through British Airways, EasyJet, Ryan Air and other low-cost airlines.

Single occupancy means one person alone using the room. To access the twin or double price you must book for two people, either sharing one double bed or two single beds. It is possible to have triple occupancy of the rooms we can provide prices on request.
There is the option of a fully inclusive at a supplement of £24 per person per night on top of the half board prices. In addition to half board, fully inclusive covers a lunch buffet and selection of alcoholic and soft drinks throughout the day.
